Dinosaur Expert Tim Jeffries returns to Grey Roots Museum & Archives! The "undisputed rockstar of dinosaur expertise" offers two fascinating presentations on one day - Saturday June 28. Tim will bring samples from his personal collection including genuine fossils and replicas to display and discuss, and will share his knowledge of all things prehistoric.

In this presentation, Tim introduces the amazing world of dinosaurs, sharing the latest discoveries about prehistoric Earth and the incredible variety of creatures that roamed its ancient landscapes. Real dinosaur fossils and replicas will be on display!
Suitable for all ages, but especially for families with children under the age of 8.
Great Scott! Back to the Cretaceous and the World’s Largest T. Rex

Sink your teeth into a time when giants roamed the earth, and one giant ruled them all. Uncover the mystery of the collossal “Tyrant Lizard King.” Marvel at the jaw-dropping size of this apex predator as Tim unveils a life-sized replica T. rex skull! Tim will display an assortment of real dinosaur fossils from both the tyrannosaurs’ prey and T. Rex itself.
Travel back to Cretaceous Canada as we examine the life and times of Scotty. Currently on display at the Royal Saskatchewan Museum, Scotty is the largest and oldest T. rex yet discovered. Explore the amazing world Scotty lived in as well as new scientific breakthroughs on Tyrannosaurus Rex.
Recommended for ages 9 and up.
