Grey Roots is closed due to COVID-19

The health of our community is important to us. To further help prevent the spread of COVID-19, the County of Grey has closed its buildings to the public. This includes Grey Roots Museum & Archives. County essential services will continue, and many other County services can still be accessed online or over the phone.

At this point, we do not have a definitive date on when we will be able to reopen. For now, we can confirm that unfortunately our popular Summer KidsCamp will not be operating this year, and all of our events for the summer have been cancelled. We will continue to follow Public Health guidelines and regulations, and know that when we do reopen, our visitor experience will be different.

We are working on plans for the future and are excited to share them with you when we have details. In the meantime, you can stay connected with us through social media (the links are below) - we're sharing little treasures from our artefact and archival collections along with some fun activities.

We miss you very much and look forward to the day we can welcome you to Grey Roots again!
