Temporary Gallery Closures - New Exhibits Coming Soon!
We've started work on our exciting new exhibit Voices of Grey! The Grey County Gallery is closed as we continue with construction work and exhibit installation:
What’s still open?
- Under the Canopy: Animals of the Rainforest is open! This amazing exhibit focuses on rainforest ecology and features many real animals that call this ecosystem home. Meet the keeper and get introduced to a red footed tortoise. Visit with a marmoset and marvel at the bright colours of a chameleon. Get up close with these creatures every day during the summer or book your own personal animal adventure with a Birthday Party package!
- The Nels Maher Print Shop remains open.
- Surviving the Unthinkable: Citizen Soldiers of Grey remains open. This exhibit commemorates the 100th anniversary of the end of the First World War by highlighting the experiences of Grey County’s ordinary men in the battlefield as they fought to hold on to their humanity in the face of unspeakable brutality.
- Moreston Heritage Village is open for the season every day from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m! Come wander our picturesque ten acre historical village, chat with the costumed interpreters, and visit with the farm animals!
