Born and raised in Owen Sound, Katie Clarke was first introduced to the museum world and Grey Roots Museum & Archives in high school during a coop position. Inspired by the staff and environment, Katie began her travels to gain the education and experience to become a part the museum world.
After spending some time at the Banff Field Unit with Parks Canada as a Heritage Presenter, Katie returned home to work to Grey Roots to begin work as a Heritage Interpreter.
Although there are great many things that Katie does at the museum, her focus is with educational programs and KidsCamp. Contact Katie should you wish to book, or inquire about any of these programs!
