Seniors' Lecture Series: Mind Matters
A lecture on the benefits of adding relaxation and stretching to your daily routine to improve mood, memory and inflammation in the body. Focus will be on techniques to include in daily living to reduce feelings of isolation, a sharper and more focused mind and enhanced sleep.
Laurie Caloren has been a fitness instructor for over 20 years and a yoga teacher for 9 years. She currently teaches yoga and Group Fitness for Seniors through the VON.
Free admission for seniors (regular admission applies for other visitors). Light refreshments will be provided.
