Spring Lecture Series - Monarchs in the Queen's Bush
Audrey Armstrong’s great passion is monarch butterflies. In this 45 minute illustrated talk, an update on the status of the population, along with butterfly garden creation and conservation will be the focus along with descriptions of the monarch’s lifecycle here in Bruce Grey, California and at overwintering sites in Mexico. Participants will receive swamp milkweed seed for spring planting.
This presentation is part of our Spring Lecture Series taking place on Tuesday afternoons from March 19 through April 9 at 2:30 pm in our Theatre. Complimentary refreshments following. Free with admission. Members free as always.
