You should always receive an email from us, even if a program slot is full, we will still contact you. Sometimes our emails end up in the junk folder. Please add laura.arnold@greyroots.com to your safe senders list or check your junk mail.

We find this is most commonly a problem with Gmail addresses, but others have also missed our emails. You can email Laura directly if you haven’t received a timely response.

Yes. The week before we expect you at KidsCamp, you will receive an email reminder. The reminder will include specific information for all activities for the week. If you need a specific reminder about the week(s) you are signed up for, just ask and we will let you know.

You know your learner. If they are interested in the weekly themes, that’s great. Most of our activities are accessible to all learners. If your KidsCamper has any information relevant for learning and social situations, please include it in their registration form. This includes if your child is using medication for behaviour or learning goals. The more our staff know, the better we can work to make our programming inclusive and welcoming. If you have specific questions about the programming, please contact us.

At Grey Roots, we strive to offer inclusive programming. ADHD and other learning or social differences, do not limit participation. Prior to the start of camp, our staff ask to meet the child and family, to discuss what camp is like and how we can work towards a positive experience.

Every KidsCamper is unique, neurotypical, or neurodivergent. The more our staff knows, the better we can connect with KidsCamper needs. We, just like you, want your child to be included and to have a great time at summer camp.
