Halloween in Moreston!
This October, make your way through the spooky sights of Moreston Heritage Village! From October 20 to 31, the buildings are dressed in their Halloween best, and you’ll want to be on the look out for bare-bones riddles, ghostly ghouls, and other Moreston mischief-makers!
Twice a day, take part in A Grave Affair – a guided tour full of Grey County ghost stories and morbid history. From 1850 Irish wakes to solemn 1880s Victorian era traditions, grieving and celebrations of life in Grey County have taken many forms. A Grave Affair tours are offered at 11:15 a.m. and 2:15 p.m. daily (very limited space).
On Saturday October 24 and 31, take home a monster-maker craft kit for your little ones (while supplies last).
Costumes are encouraged for these outdoor physically distanced experiences that are included with regular admission. Members are free as always. All visitors (including members) are required to book a time slot for their visit in advance.
